सुरक्षा कर्मचारी Candidate should have completed full-time Graduation (10+2+3), preference will be given to candidates having NCC certification or possession of certified security courses and good oral/ written communication skills with sound knowledge of computer systems. The candidate selected as Security Executive has to appear for a certified Basic AVSEC (13 days) course and must score a minimum pass percentage of 80%. The BCAS gives only three attempts to clear the basic AVSEC Course.

  • Documents related to educational qualification, such as Degree/ Diploma Certificates, and statements of Marks of the relevant examinations.
  • Two Photographs.
  • Copy of Pan card, Aadhar card Xerox.
  • Experience Certificate (if available)

Selection Procedure for Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) Recruitment 2024:

  1. The applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria of the post, will have to undergo the selection process as below.
    • A physical Endurance Test (PET) will be conducted on the same day/ following day(s).
    • Those who qualify for the PET will have to appear for the English Proficiency Test and Interview (Personal or Virtual) on the same day/ following day (s).
  2. The outstation candidates are advised to make their arrangements for boarding and lodging at their own cost if required.
  3. Dress Code: The candidates, in their interest, should come prepared for the Physical Endurance Test with a Tracksuit/ pair of shorts and running shoes.
  4. Candidates are required to appear for the English Proficiency Test/Personal Interview formally dressed.

 The final selection of the candidate would be based on the final suitability in the Physical Endurance Test, English Proficiency Test and Personal Interview based on the merit list.
