Selection Procedure for Bank of Baroda (BOB) Bharti 2024-25:
The selection process may comprise an online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group discussion and/or Interview of candidates, qualifying in the online test.
The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks for GD/PI would be 60% for the General Category and 55% for the Reserved Category.
However, if the number of eligible applications received is large/less the Bank reserves the right to change the shortlisting criteria /interview process. The bank may, at its discretion, consider conducting of Multiple Choice/ Descriptive /Psychometric Test /Group Discussion /Interview or any other selection/shortlisting methodology for the above position.
Centre’s for Online Test /GD/ Interview or any other method of selection:
- Centre’s for Online Tests/GD/Interviews will be decided at a later date keeping in view the administrative feasibility at a later date.
- Candidate will appear for the Online Test/ GD/interview at the respective Centre’s at his/her own risk and expense and the Bank will not be responsible for any injury or losses of any nature.
Location of Posting:
The place of posting will be depending upon the Bank’s requirement from time to time. Candidate shall be placed at any of its Offices/Branches in India.
Procedure to Fill Bank of Baroda (BOB) Bharti 2024-25 Application form:
The following procedure needs to be followed strictly otherwise which may lead to application rejection.

- After online registration, the system will automatically generate a unique User ID or User Name (Applicant ID) and Password. Candidates have to remember the unique User ID or User Name and Password for future reference
- Candidates needs to upload relevant documents or Certificates or testimonials along with their recent coloured Photograph and signature. Candidates needs to pay the online application fee, if applicable. Candidates needs to ensure that all details provided by the candidates in the online application form tally with the respective documents or certificates or testimonials.
- Candidates needs to keep the printout of the application form which will be generated by the system after registration. No documents including a copy of the applications are to be sent to the Bank of Baroda unless specifically asked or advised.
- Incomplete Applications in any respect will be automatically rejected. Furnishing wrong or false or invalid information will lead into rejection of the candidature or application.
