Individual semester/year Mark sheet or last semester/year mark sheet where marks of all years/semesters are mentioned or Consolidated mark sheet mentioning consolidated marks obtained in support of prescribed percentage of marks in requisite educational qualification.

Note: Non-submission of Degree / PG Degree certificate and Mark sheets may lead to rejection of candidature.
