Candidates needs to bring the necessary documents in original form with the application in the following order at the time of the interview schedule:

  • Hardcopy of Online Application form.
  • Complete bio-data or CV or Resume.
  • Date of Birth supportive documents.
  • If name change is there, Bring copy of Government Gazette or any other appropriate certificate.
  • Caste Certificate issued by the Complete authority if the candidate belongs to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or Denotified tribe or Nomadic Tribe or backward Class or Special Backword Class.
  • Non-creamy layer certificate for the candidates who is belonging to the DT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC and SBC categories.
  • Caste validity Certificate if already have.
  • Documents related to educational qualification, such as Degree or Diploma Certificates, and statements of Marks sheet of the relevant examinations.

Selection procedure for National Institute of Malaria Research (NIMR) Recruitment 2024:

  • Selection for the posts mentioned above will be through a written test only subject to qualifying for the Skill Test.
  • The candidate qualifying for the written test obtaining 50% marks in the case of UR/EWS/OBC candidates and 40% marks in the case of SC/ST/PWD candidates shall only be eligible for the skill test. However, only the top 20 candidates as per the merit list of the written test shall be called for the Skill test. In case, none of the top 20 candidates qualify for the skill test the next 20 candidates in order of merit, shall be called for the skill test.
  • The candidates qualifying for the skill test shall again be arranged in order of merit based on what they obtained in the written test.
  • No marks awarded for the Skill test and therefore the skill test not be taken into consideration for preparation of the merit list.
  • The candidates not qualifying for the skill test shall be removed from the Merit list.
  • Candidates securing the highest marks in the written examination will be selected in order of their merit in the written examination as per DOPT guidelines and subjects to fulfill all the eligibility criteria.
