- Non-creamy layer certificate for the candidates who is belonging to the DT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC and SBC categories.
- Caste validity Certificate if already have.
- Documents related to educational qualification, such as Degree or Diploma Certificates, and statements of Marks sheet of the relevant examinations.

Candidates needs to pay the online application fee, if applicable. Candidates needs to ensure that all details provided by the candidates in the online application form tally with the respective documents or certificates or testimonials.
- Candidates needs to keep the printout of the application form which will be generated by the system after registration. No documents including a copy of the applications are to be sent to the National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM) unless specifically asked or advised.
