- Caste Certificate issued by the Complete authority if the candidate belongs to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or De-notified tribe or Nomadic Tribe or backward Class or Special Backword Class.
- Non-creamy layer certificate for the candidates who is belonging to the DT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC and SBC categories.
- Caste validity Certificate if already have.
- Documents related to educational qualification, such as Degree or Diploma Certificates, and statements of Marks sheet of the relevant examinations.
