of the Five-year Integrated Law Course or the third year of the
Three-Year Law Course after graduation in any stream will also
be eligible to apply. The candidates must have research and
analytical skills, writing abilities, and knowledge of computers,
including retrieval of desired information from various search
engines/processes such as e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online,
LexisNexis, and Westlaw.

Candidates needs to bring the necessary documents in original form with the application in the following order at the time of the interview schedule:

  • Hardcopy of Online Application form.
  • Complete bio-data or CV or Resume.
  • Date of Birth supportive documents.
  • If name change is there, Bring copy of Government Gazette or any other appropriate certificate.
  • Caste Certificate issued by the Complete authority if the candidate belongs to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or Denotified tribe or Nomadic Tribe or backward Class or Special Backword Class.
  • Non-creamy layer certificate for the candidates who is belonging to the DT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC and SBC categories.
  • Caste validity Certificate if already have.
  • Documents related to educational qualification, such as Degree or Diploma Certificates, and statements of Marks sheet of the relevant examinations.

Method of Selection for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2024:

The selection process shall be conducted in three phases: Part I -Multiple Choice Questions, testing the candidate’s ability to understand and apply the law and comprehension skills; Part II- Subjective Written Examination, covering writing and analytical Skills; Part III-interview.

Test Centres for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2024:

Part I and Part II shall be conducted on the same day in two sessions at 23 centres across India.  Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram and Visakhapatnam.

Procedure to Fill Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2024 Application form:

The following procedure needs to be followed strictly otherwise which may lead to application rejection.

  • Candidates who fulfilling all the above clearly laid down criteria will have to apply online only through the link on the Supreme Court of India website in the career webpage under the current openings https://main.sci.gov.in/ from 25/01/2024 to 15/02/2024. No other mode of application is available or will be accepted.
  • Candidates are advised to read carefully the instructions mentioned in’ How to Apply’ given as Annexure in this advertisement and fill in the online application form giving correct and accurate information.
  • After online registration, the system will automatically generate a unique User ID or User Name (Applicant ID) and Password. Candidates have to remember the unique User ID or User Name and Password for future reference
  • Candidates needs to upload relevant documents or Certificates or testimonials along with their recent coloured Photograph and signature.  Candidates needs to pay the online application fee, if applicable. Candidates needs to ensure that all details provided by the candidates in the online application form tally with the respective documents or certificates or testimonials.
  • Candidates needs to keep the printout of the application form which will be generated by the system after registration. No documents including a copy of the applications are to be sent to the Supreme Court of India unless specifically asked or advised.
  • Incomplete Applications in any respect will be automatically rejected. Furnishing wrong or false or invalid information will lead into rejection of the candidature or application.
  • Candidates trying to submit one or more applications with different particulars like Name or Father’s name  or Community or Photos (Face) or Educational and technical qualification or with different Email ID or Mobile Number are advised that all such applications will be automatically rejected.
