  • Caste Certificate issued by the Complete authority if the candidate belongs to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/ Denotified tribe/ Nomadic Tribe / backward Class /Special Backword Class.
  • Non-creamy layer certificate for the candidates belonging to the DT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC and SBC categories.
  • Caste validity Certificate if already obtained.
  • Documents related to educational qualification, such as Degree/ Diploma Certificates, and statements of Marks of the relevant examinations.

Candidates needs to ensure that all details provided by the candidates in the online application form tally with the respective documents or certificates or testimonials.
  • Candidates needs to keep the printout of the application form which will be generated by the system after registration. No documents including a copy of the applications are to be sent to the YCMOU Nashik unless specifically asked or advised.
